A customer further agrees to be charged for the full order total of their purchase. A customer further agrees to any and all subscription fees that are associated with a purchase. If you are not happy, we are not happy! Our guarantee is that if you do not get the results you were hoping for, you can message our support team, and we will start working with you immediately to help you achieve the desired results. To qualify for a refund, you must use the system to take and document a minimum of 30 trades which you will send to us for review. If you are still not satisfied with the results you have achieved, we will coach you, to tweak your entries for better results, in order to make sure that you are profitable. We want you to be as committed to your success as we are!\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Behaviors that Void Warranty And Refund:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers\/clients that slander, threaten, or exhibit inappropriate behavior in dealing with FinPubMAX will not be eligible for any warranty or refund policy that might otherwise be available to them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Furthermore, any Chargeback attempt made by a client that is not valid will void any existing warranty or refund policy, as they are a breach of the terms, and are considered fraudulent behavior. Once an invalid Chargeback is attempted, the customer no longer has eligibility for a refund or warranty regarding the product or service for which the Chargeback was attempted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a refund is due, we have a period of 12 months to pay the refund back to the person, from the date of the agreed upon refund.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indicator Subscription Terms:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, without penalty, by sending an email requesting cancellation to editor@whatsonfinance.com and confirming the cancellation request after the support team responds to the query. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cancel the subscription before a charge is processed, if the customer does not wish to continue their membership for the next period of the respective subscription plan. Once a charge is processed, it is not refundable!
